Encore Productions presents “The COAT”
Written, Produced and Directed by award winning actor Wendell Etienne and features an amazing cast.
A powerful dramatic play addressing the issues of crime and its effect on the family structure. It takes a critical look at a single parent (mother), struggling to keep her two (2) twenty (20) plus year old sons in check. They are both faced with the lure of a life of crime and their fortunes vary in the end.
Several Issues are explored in this performance piece: Support Systems, Maternal Relationships, Paternal Absence, Sibling Rivalry and Gang Association.
