Nov. 12/ MOVIE NIGHT! at the Art Society of T&T

The Trinidad and Tobago Film festival will be collaborating with the Art Society of Trinidad and Tobago in screening several films as part of the society’s November group exhibition. Event is FREE, and open to the public.

[tw-toggle title=”Tthe radical innocence of Jackie Hinkson”] Jackie Hinkson is one of the Caribbean’s greatest living artists, and has been painting the landscape of his native Trinidad and Tobago for over five decades. The film asks: “Why look at a work of art?” and an answer is proposed by looking at Hinkson’s artistic themes and his media, with commentary from the artist himself.
